1. Preparation Period (First 1 Days)

Unconditional Cancellation:

  • You may cancel your order for any reason within 1 day of purchase
  • Full refund will be processed to your original payment method
  • No questions asked, no return shipping required
  • Orders in preparation phase will show “Processing” status

2. After Shipping Begins

Limited Return Policy: Once your order enters shipping phase (marked as “Shipped”), returns are only accepted for:

Defective Products:

  • Manufacturing defects or damage
  • Incorrect items shipped
  • Significantly different from product description

Non-Returnable Conditions:

  • Change of mind after shipping begins
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by misuse

  3. We will provide return instructions if applicable
  4. Return shipping costs covered by ToyFits for our errors

Processing Time:

  • Refunds processed within 5-7 business days after approval
